1) use this site only to place orders or make enquiries.
2) place legitimate and non-fraudulent orders. Otherwise, we reserve the right to notify the authorities concerned.

Service
Delivery of orders is available only in Canada and is mandatory. No warehouse pickup will be offered. We are committed to delivering orders within 15 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery within these deadlines for reasons that may be beyond our control (delivery address, unavailability of a product, etc.)
Return and refund
All returns and/or refunds must be made within 15 days of shipment of the order. Shipping costs for returns/refunds are the responsibility of the customer. The items must be in the same condition as when delivered (hygienic protection label intact, in the packaging and product intact, without having been washed or worn). The decision on refund will be at our discretion.
Privacy
We promise you that none of your personal information will be shared, disclosed or used in any way, except for ordering products from our store.
Photo Accuracy
Please note that the colors of the images on our website and our social networks may differ from reality. In addition, the prices displayed on our shop are unitary and include only the article in question.
